My shoutout for this week goes to Scott and Leslie Steeno, the founders of the famed Scott’s Brats and owners of Legends Pubs which is a great sports bar in Palm. Italian cuisine is not world-renowned for nothing: it turns quite simple, yet stunningly tasty dishes made with fresh herbs and vegetables into feasts for kings and queens. Fresh, top notch ingredients are key – your taste buds get to experience the finale. Four times Italy is the name of the next installment of Hadicurari Restaurant’s Culinary Secrets. The chef has come up with a lovely menu, which will surely appeal to you. Please don’t forget to make your reservations in advance!
The appetizer of the special Secrets menu is homemade ravioli with chicken, eggplant, Parmesan cheese and gremolata, a mix of wonderful herbs and garlic. Porcini soup with grilled scallops and green asparagus is next, followed by veal cheeks in their own gravy, spinach, mushrooms and truffles and a Chef's surprise for dessert.
